Career History: Principal and Research Director of Riley & Associates, Inc., 1989 to present; Managing Partner and
Research Director for Image Analysis, 1981- 1989; Research Assistant for O.S.U. School of Business, 1980-81.
Expertise: Quantitative study design, coordination and analysis, as well as all phases and techniques of qualitative studies. Accredited public relations practitioner. Past-president of the Oregon Chapter of the American Marketing Association. Accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America (APR).
